THE POWER OF WORDS

THE TONGUE THAT BRINGS HEALING IS A TREE OF LIFE, BUT A DECEITFUL TONGUE CRUSHES THE SPIRIT. ” PROVERBS 15:4

The words that we speak each and everyday have great power. We can actually speak things into existence. It is very easy to allow our mouth’s to trap us. We can curse others or praise others. We can tell lies or we can tell the truth. We can begin someone’s day with great joy or we can be so down in the mouth that we cause somone elses day to become a disaster. We can actually talk ourselves into sickness. Our faith should reflect the possibilities of God. Our words should reflect the faith in which we have continued to build in Jesus. Nothing is impossible with God. Our God is a 24/7 God. He is always on duty. We must remember that our mouth speaks either evil or good. There is no in between. If we continue to build our faith and live our lives in Jesus then we will use our mouth in a wise and good way. However, if we become involved in the world and begin to doubt the ways of God then our mouths will reflect that belief. We must remember that our mouth and words have a great affect upon others. We can either make someone’s day or destroy somone’s day with the words we use. Live in the Lord and reflect your faith by the way you live and speak. PRAISE THE LORD ALWAYS!
