THE LORD’S DELIGHT

NO, THE LORD’S DELIGHT IS IN THOSE WHO FEAR HIM, THOSE WHO PUT THEIR HOPE IN HIS UNFAILING LOVE.” PSLAM 147:11

Our goal in this life should be to live our lives to the delight of the Lord our God in heaven. Each and everyone of us has a cross to carry. We all have our trials and temptations that we have to overcome. In those times of trials it is important that we not take our focus off of our first love, Jesus Christ. Even in situations where it seems hopeless to the naked eye we must keep our eyes upon our Lord in heaven. We must put our hope in him and no other. No matter the end result of our struggles our God has a purpose for each and everyone of us. He will and he does use these trials and situations to his benefit. We must continue to stay strong in the Lord and never allow ourselves to hope in anything or anyone other than our Lord God. Is this easy to do? Of course not. Was it easy for Jesus to die on that cross for you and I ? No, it wasn’t easy at all. What we are going through is nothing in comparison to what our Lord went through for us. He has given each of us a cross to carry. We must carry it with confidence and with the assurances that Jesus is our Lord and Savior and stands beside us in all things. He says he will go before us. He will pave the way for us. All we have to do is have the faith to put our hope in him knowing that he will rescue us. He loves us. I think he did a pretty good job in proving that. We must stay focused in these end days. We must not lose sight of who is in charge, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!!
