LETTERS FROM CHRIST

“YOUR LIVES ARE A LETTER WRITTEN IN OUR HEARTS; EVERYONE CAN READ IT AND RECOGNIZE OUR GOOD WORK AMONG YOU. CLEARLY, YOU ARE A LETTER FROM CHRIST SHOWING THE RESULT OF OUR MINISTRY AMONG YOU. THIS “LETTER” IS WRITTEN NOT WITH PEN AND INK, BUT WITH THE SPIRIT OF THE LIVING GOD. IT IS CARVED NOT ON TABLETS OF STONE, BUT ON HUMAN HEARTS.” 2 COR. 3: 2-3

Each and every one of us are letters from Christ. Our lives are on display at every corner that we turn and in every situation that we confront. As followers of Jesus, we should know his attitude and his desire for how we should conduct our lives before others. As others watch us, they should see our faith at work. They should see the trust in our Lord fully working in our lives. We should not be confessing our lives in Jesus and then going out and living a life of sin. Yes, we are human, and we make mistakes. We should immediately recognize our sins and take them to the Lord for forgiveness. We should admit our mistakes and move forward. That is all a part of living our lives in Jesus. We should never profess to be perfect but show in the way we live our trust and faith in our God in heaven. We are letters from Jesus. We have been sent so that others can read us. We should already know his attitude and desire for the way we live. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!
