” MY SON, GIVE ATTENTION TO MY WORDS; INCLINE YOUR EAR TO MY SAYINGS. DO NOT LET THEM DEPART FROM YOUR SIGHT; KEEP THEM IN THE MIDST OF YOUR HEART. FOR THEY ARE LIFE TO THOSE WHO FIND THEM AND HEALTH TO ALL YOUR BODY.” PROVERBS 4:20-22
Our Lord tells us that we are to cultivate our faithfulness. Just as a farmer cultivates his land, we are to prepare and cultivate our faith. We are to work hard at developing our faith and making is stronger everyday. In order to help our crop of faith to grow strong we must surround ourselves with God’s words. They should be so familiar to us that they become the way we live our lives. Whether in good times or in troubled times our faith should stay steady. It should never waver. Our Lord is forever faithful, and we should work hard at becoming faithful to him. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!
