We prove ourselves by our purity, our understanding, our patience, our kindness, by the Holy Spirit within us, and by our sincere love.” 2 Corinthians 6:6
‘” For we are the temple of the living God. As God said: ” ‘ I will live in them and walk among them. I will be their God and they will be my people. Therefore, come out from among unbelievers and separate yourselves from them,’ says the Lord. ‘Don’t touch their filthy things and I will welcome you. And I will be your Father, and you will be my sons and daughters’, says the Lord Almighty. 2 Corinthians 6:16-18
We are to wear our badge of honor proudly. We are to wear the name of our Lord Jesus proudly, by the way we live our lives, the way we talk, and the way we react and mingle with those of the world around us. In a world so full of evil and filth we are to stand out with confidence, love and peace. We are to be strong when the world thinks we should be weak. We are to speak and act with the love of our Lord from deep within our hearts. We are to be pure in the way we act and patient in times of stress. We are to live in this world and walk among those who actively participate in the ways of this world, but we are not to be of the world. We are the sons and daughters of our God in heaven. We are the temple of our living God in heaven. Our God has taken up residence within us through His loving and mighty Holy Spirit. Let us wear Jesus proudly on our chest and allow others to see the joy of knowing that following Jesus, is knowing without doubt, you are headed for eternal life with Christ Jesus! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!
