” You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I am far away. You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything I do. You know what I am going to say even before I say it, Lord.” Psalm 139: 2-4
It is very clear that God sees each of us as individuals, created in His image for a purpose that is specific to each of us. We each have unique gifts and talents and have a role to play in the world that is unlike anyone else’s. Each one of us are on display as God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we should walk in them. There is not a one of us who is an accident. We each were created on purpose and for a purpose. We all have work to do on behalf of our God in heaven. We have all been duly created so that God can finish his plan, for not only our lives, but also for the lives of those around us. We all intertwine. We meet and know each other for a reason. There is a purpose for us each, and our own purpose is well beyond our understanding. There are many in this world who do not like themselves. They don’t like the way they look or the way they talk or the sounds of their voice. They don’t like how they walk or how tall or short they are. The have a hard time in adjusting and accepting who God made them to be. There are no accidents or coincidences when it comes to our God. He puts us in the right place at the right time. We, however, are responsible for how we decide to accept or deny what God wants or desires of us. He gives us a free will so that we can make our own decisions about following him or following the world. God created each and every one of us to be ourselves. We are to be who God created us to be. We all have a purpose, but we must first recognize and accept who we are in God. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!
