“So, get rid of all evil behavior. Be done with all deceit, hypocrisy, jealousy and all unkind speech. Like newborn babies, you must crave pure spiritual milk so that you will grow into a full experience of salvation. Cry out for his nourishment, now that you have had a taste of the Lord’s kindness.” 1 Peter 2:1-3

When we pray, our Lord God in heaven listens to us. He not only hears our requests but knows them beforehand. He is willing and ready to answer our every need. As new Christians it is sometimes hard to understand how God works. However, we do know we are to live like him. Our desire should be to be like him in every way. However, as humans we make mistakes and sometimes drift back into our old lifestyles. When this happens, he will be there to pick us up and put us back on the right path if we only ask. Our God knows our every thought and every desire. But he has given us a free will and when we fall, he wants to hear from us. It is you and me who must initiate the conversation and then allow him to act on our behalf. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!
