Prayer is communication with our God who sits in heaven. It is he who has given us the greatest promises that can be given. It is he who created the world and allowed each of us to exist upon this earth for the time he has given. It is he who directs our steps if we allow him to. The one thing that we must not do is give up on prayer. Our only consolation in life is through our God in heaven. It is his love that we must trust, and it is his actions that we must have faith in. We must ASK. We must SEEK. We must KNOCK.
“ And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks , the door will be opened.” LUKE 11:9-10
