STANDING WITH YOUR GOD

NO HUMAN WISDOM OR UNDERSTANDING OR PLAN CAN STAND AGAINST THE LORD.” PROVERBS 21:30

There is nothing in this world or of this world that can stand against the wisdom and strength of our God in heaven. If we truly want to be successful, and have victory while we are on this earth, we must choose the right team. We can listen to the world and all that they tell us or we can choose to listen to the Lord and live our lives in what he tells us. As we listen to the world it doesn’t take long to see the lies, cheating, and self preservation coming through. Confusion is the world’s game and they are good at it. Their whole object is to confuse us to a point where we just give up and follow. If the world is who we are listening to then I can guarantee you that is what will happen. However, if we read God’s word day and night, meditate on it and put it to work in our lives we will be victorious. We will recognize the lies of the world. We will not be confused because our God has the answers. We must, however, stay firmly entrenched in the Lord. With faith as strong as a rock we must believe we receive because God is our source. We must stand on the side of our Lord God in heaven and never allow doubt, worry, fear or confusion to get in. We cannot stand alone. But, we don’t have to stand alone. We have God going before us clearing the way! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

FAITH

FAITH IS THE CONFIDENCE THAT WHAT WE HOPE FOR WILL ACTUALLY HAPPEN; IT GIVES US ASSURANCE ABOUT THINGS WE CANNOT SEE.” HEBREWS 11:1

Hoping for something and believing for something are two different things. We all hope that we will overcome our struggles. We all hope that we will be healed of whatever is ailing us. But do we believe it will happen? Faith is having the confidence without seeing the result. When we pray to God to meet our many needs we should pray with confidence. After praying to him we should begin to thank him for what he has done whether we have seen the result or not. We should begin to give him praise for his mighty grace that he bestows upon us each and everyday. You see, if we believe without a doubt when we pray then our prayers, within his will, have been answered. Our God in heaven does things on his timetable and not ours. Just because we cannot see the answer immediately doesn’t mean God hasn’t answered. That is why it is so important that we build upon our faith each and everyday. As our faith grows stronger we will be able to believe and not doubt. We can thank him with confidence and act upon that faith. Our faith must become a part of us. It must become a way of life. Without a strong faith it is impossible to believe that we will receive anything from our Lord. But with a strong faith we will be able to believe, receive and walk with confidence. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

ACT UPON YOUR FAITH

AND THE LORD GAVE THEM REST ON EVERY SIDE, JUST AS HE SOLEMNLY PROMISED THEIR ANCESTORS. NONE OF THEIR ENEMIES COULD STAND AGAINST THEM, FOR THE LORD HELPED THEM CONQUER THEIR ENEMIES.” JOSHUA 21:44

Our Lord is with us in all things. He is with us through the worst of times. We each have our struggles, problems and failures, but our Lord is with us through it all. In order to stay in good spiritual condition we must hit the spiritual weight room each and everyday. We need to stay strong and not allow ourselves to become intimidated by those around us. The devil is putting on quite a show. He is going all out. He knows that his time is very short. He is attacking Christians around the world with a fury that has never been seen in our lifetime. Intimidation, lies, murders, burning of buildings, and just plain fear tactics are being used today. There are many who are succumbing to these tactics. Without a very strong faith in our Lord we cannot be successful. If we are truly living in the Lord then we cannot be defeated. The devil and all of his evil cannot hurt us. But, we have to stand up in faith. We have to act upon that faith with belief. The devil and his people would like us to believe in the world and all of the fear, worry, doubt, anger and rage going on around us. If we do, then he is more than successful. He has won the battle. However, we are living in the Spirit of God. We are surrounded by the weapons the Lord has provided to us. His holy angels are right behind us. Jesus is leading the fight. All we have to do is have strong faith and follow. We must listen carefully and be sure we do as the Lord directs us to do. This is not an easy time. Our Lord is coming back very soon. But we must continue the fight until he does. Remember that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us! Never allow doubt to enter but continue to stand strong and fight the good fight. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

DEFEATING EVIL GOD’S WAY

FOR EVERY CHILD OF GOD DEFEATS THIS EVIL WORLD, AND WE ACHIEVE THIS VICTORY THROUGH OUR FAITH.” 1 JOHN 5:4

Faith is an action that occurs when we believe in things unseen. It allows us to truly believe in Jesus our Lord and Savior. It is by our unconditional faith that we believe he heals us, protects us and saves us. If we have a faith that wavers, and we only believe our Lord when things are going good, there is no way we will be able to live in this world and be victorious. We must be able to believe without a shadow of a doubt that all of God’s promises are true. Without true faith we cannot be healed, we cannot bring others to Christ, and we have no hope for a future with our Lord in heaven. Building our faith one block at a time is important. Our faith must be able to believe for the little things before we can believe for the big things. The faith that we build must allow us to believe, without conditions, that our Lord goes before us and protects us. Our faith must help us to believe that Jesus is ready to return. It may seem as though this is never going to happen and those who do not believe, those naysayers, may be taunting and calling us fools. But, our faith is the key. Our God in heaven will honor our faith in him and his promises. He will get us through the toughest of times. He is our one and only answer. The times in which we are now living in are not understood by the human mind. The times we are living in are the end times and have been prophesied throughout the ages. Every prophesy has been met that leads to the Lord’s return. We are living in a very exciting time if our faith allows us to believe that Christ is the answer and that he is returning soon. We must Believe that we Receive! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!!!!!

OUR GOD’S PERFECT LOVE

SO BE STRONG AND COURAGEOUS! DO NOT BE AFRAID AND DO NOT PANIC BEFORE THEM.” DEUTERONOMY 31:6

AND AS WE LIVE IN GOD, OUR LOVE GROWS MORE PERFECT.” 1 JOHN 4:17

SUCH LOVE HAS NO FEAR, BECAUSE PERFECT LOVE CASTS OUT FEAR.” 1 JOHN 4:18

We should strive each day to make our love stronger and more perfect in God. If we succeed, our lives will be more fruitful and with less fear of the evil that is around us. We have to keep our God in heaven first in our lives. He can be second to nothing. We must depend upon him to be there when we need him. We must trust him to make the right decisions for our lives. If we make earthly decisions on our own there is a very good chance that we will fail. Fear will overtake us and our performance for the Lord will be hindered. We need to stand up as Christians and be heard. We need to yell out the true promises of God. We need to let others know that we are living our Life in Jesus and that nothing can stop us. We are to love as Jesus loved. We are to be strong and courageous and are to stand strong in the face of danger. We are not to display weakness. We are to display perfect love. When we do, all fear will run away as fast as it can. But, we must remember that the devil will throw everything at us including the kitchen sink. If we are living in God and doing as he tells us then our love is continuing to grow. It will grow stronger and stronger as each day passes. We must, however, keep our focus on what is ahead and not what is behind. We must pray continually and meditate on his word day and night. We must live the life our God in heaven wants us to live. One of strength and courage. We must live in God’s perfect love! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

CLING TO THE LORD IN ALL THINGS

YOU MUST FEAR THE LORD YOUR GOD AND WORSHIP HIM AND CLING TO HIM.” DEUTERONOMY 10:20

To fear the Lord is to love him. If we love him then we will want to be in his presence at all times. In order for us to be able to do this we must continue to build upon our faith one block at a time. We must recognize him for who he is and what he does for us. He must become every part of our life. Without him we will accomplish nothing useful. For once he returns our worldly accomplishments will be forgotten. It is with God that we can do all things. It is our God in heaven who gives us the abilities we have in this life. We should credit him for our successes. We should include him in our times of blessing and in our times of need. It is important that we hang on his every word. We must cling to him as tightly as we can. If we do, then we can rest assured that he is going before us, in every situation, to clear a path for us. We will have no doubts, worries or fears. We should love the Lord with all of our heart, mind and soul. Remember, ” we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.” Phil. 4:13 PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

BE WISE IN HOW YOU LIVE

LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD, WALK IN HIS WAYS, OBEY HIS COMMANDS, HOLD FIRMLY TO HIM, AND SERVE HIM WITH ALL YOUR HEART AND ALL YOUR SOUL.” JOSHUA 22:5

It is important that we be wise in the way we live our lives. We must stay plugged into the Lord. We must love him, obey him, attach ourselves to him and serve him with all of our heart and soul. We must never let go of all of the good and great things that he provides. We must never allow ourselves to stray from the path that he provides through his salvation message. We must turn our thoughts into actions. We must pattern ourselves after Jesus who walked in our footsteps when he walked this earth. He was put through all of the struggles that we face. He loved God, he obeyed God in the way he lived and he held firmly to what God told him to do. He never wavered. He could have wavered, and if he had, God would have rescued him. But he didn’t! He didn’t because he loved us so much that he gave his life here on this earth so that we would have the chance to live in eternity with him in heaven. Our actions should reflect our thoughts and the way we believe. If we truly love Jesus we will live our lives with that same love and compassion he did while on this earth. Remember, be wise in the way you live your life. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

HOLD ON AND NEVER LET GO!

BE ON YOUR GUARD SO THAT YOU WILL NOT BE CARRIED AWAY BY THE WAYS OF THE WICKED PEOPLE AND LOSE YOUR OWN SECURE FOOTING. RATHER, YOU MUST GROW IN THE GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.” 1 PETER 3: 17-18

Our Lord continues to warn us that we must to hold tightly to him. We must never let go. We must continue to stay strong in him. We must stay focused upon his word and his promises. If we don’t, we are leaving ourselves open to being swept away with worldly ideas and thoughts. We are surrounded each day with the evil of this world. It is upon each of us to heed God’s warning and to surround ourselves daily with God’s words, deeds and thoughts. We must stay in tune with all of his promises for our lives and for our future. The devil wants nothing more than to see us leave even a crack in our lives for him to slip in and start spreading doubt, worry and fear. However, our Lord God in heaven wants nothing more than for us to continue to grow strong in him by recongnizing his grace and mercy for our lives. He wants us to grow in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! We must build each day an additon to our foundation of faith. If our faith weakens then we weaken. By faith we are healed, saved and have forgiveness of our sins. Trust God! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

THE PATIENCE OF OUR LORD!

A DAY IS LIKE A THOUSAND YEARS TO THE LORD, AND A THOUSAND YEARS IS LIKE A DAY. THE LORD ISN’T REALLY BEING SLOW ABOUT HIS PROMISE, AS SOME PEOPLE THINK. NO, HE IS BEING PATIENT FOR YOUR SAKE. HE DOES NOT WANT ANYONE TO BE DESTROYED BUT WANTS EVERYONE TO REPENT.” 2 PETER 3:8-9

AND REMEMBER, OUR LORD’S PATIENCE GIVES PEOPLE TIME TO BE SAVED.” 1 PETER 3:15

In the days of Noah the people did not believe that a great flood was about to come upon the earth. People thought Noah to be out of his mind but he pushed on by obeying God. And because he did, the world was wiped clean. All that remained was Noah, his family, and the animals that Noah had been instructed to bring with him in the arc. The same kind of event is happening today. Our Lord Jesus is about to return. Our God in heaven is fed up with this world and the evil that controls it. There are scoffers out there that say this will never happen. After all, Christians have been predicting the return of Jesus for hundreds of years and nothing has happened. Because of the patience of God, people are still granted the opportunity to accept him. God doesn’t want anyone to go to hell. He is giving everyone ample opportunity to come to him for salvation through Jesus. But God’s time of grace is about to end. We as Christians must continue to push forward with God’s salvation message until Jesus returns. There is a reason the end has not happened. Our great God in heaven is giving the unsaved ample opportunity to be saved. You and I are a part of that. We are tools being used by God to help others to come to Jesus. Keep pushing the salvation message. Our Lord is returning soon! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

GOD’S HOLY PROTECTION

AND THE LORD WILL PROTECT YOU FROM ALL SICKNESS.” DEUTERONOMY 7:15

In today’s world there is a lot of fear and trembling at the thought of the dreaded Covid-19. It appears that variant after variant keeps hitting the scene. As this pandemic continues to roll on, there seems to be a lot of confusion and fear being thrown out. There are threats of mask mandates, vaccine passports, and the reoccurance of business closings and/or a general shutdown. The messages being thrown out are never the same and never ending. It basically appears that some in this world are trying play God and appear to have all of the answers. There is no doubt that Covid-19 is a dangerous sickness to some. We have been witness to this first hand. However, among all of the information thrown out to the public there is only one source that is truthful and worth listening to. Our Lord covers this in many places in his word. He promises us protection from all sickness. Not just from some but all! There are, of course, many different ways the Lord will and can protect us. It all hinges on how strong our faith is. We are all at different levels of faith and our God in heaven knows this. We are a work in progress in building upon our faith. We want to remember that he has given all a free will. He has given us all common sense. If we are listening to our God in heaven I am 100% sure that you and I will make or have already made the right decisions. God has provided us with miracles for those with great faith. He has provided a vaccination for those who feel more comfortable taking it. Some may disagree but I truly believe that God’s hand was in the creation of those vaccines. We are all different and God is dealing with each of us in a different way. We must, however, make a statement for our God, no matter how we feel about the vaccine. We must continue to believe and to receive from him. Pray to God consistantly and ask him for a clear answer. He will help you to feel secure in whatever decison is best for you. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

I WILL RESCUE HIM

BECAUSE HE LOVES ME , SAYS THE lORD, I WILL RESCUE HIM; I WILL PROTECT HIM FOR HE ACKNOWLEDGES MY NAME. ” PSALM 91:14

It is sometimes very difficult to believe in the things of God. He has made us as human beings living in a world surrounded by doubt. We are living in a world where the devil is running around spreading fear and confusion We are taught from a very early age that seeing is believing. So, most of our life is spent trying to prove things because we are actually seeing them first hand. However when we go through the conversion of accepting Christ as our Lord and Savior we are asked to have a faith to believe the unseen. This is not a characteristic that just happens because we are now followers of Christ. We have to work at this. As new Christians we get excited about Jesus. But, as we work through our relationship with him we must grow to a point where we believe that he is actually working on our behalf. We did not see Christ hanging on that cross but we believe it. We were not on this earth to watch his rise from the grave, but we believe it. As we read through the scriptures it is very easy to read and gloss over the words as though we were reading a novel. The Bible is much more than that. It is the living, breathing word of God. The words are not just words. They are promises and blessings for our everyday lives. Our Lord never promised that we would go through this life without problems. He never promised that we would not be confronted about our beliefs. He never promised that we could snap our fingers and then he would take care of all of our issues. But he did promise that he would give us strength in our times of need. He promised that if we believe he will take us by the hand and lead us down the path we are treading. Our Lord has performed miracles and continues to perform miracles. What we have to remember is that miracles come in many shapes and sizes. They show up in our lives in many different ways. Sometimes the actions we take, to get through the things we are going through, become a blessing and a miracle for others. We become a living testimony to others who may be going through the same troubles. It is very easy to get down on ourselves and also get down on God. But if we continue to believe and acknowledge God he will rescue us. The name of Jesus is extremely powerful! Even the devil has total respect for Jesus. The next time you are feeling down just start to say the name of Jesus over and over and over. All of the attacks within the spiritual world will move aside and let you pass. Doubts, worries and concerns will suddenly disappear. It is by complete faith that the Lord works in our lives. He honors our faith in him. We may not see the answers as quickly as we might want to see them or in the ways we think his answers should be displayed, but He is with us. He delivers us. He is our only strength and our only answer! We must continue to build upon our faith each and everyday. We can only do this by staying in the word of God, praying to him and meditating within his word. We must remember that all things are possible through Christ who loves us and gives us strength. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS! PRAISE HIM EVEN WHEN THINGS SEEM DARK AND WITH NO END! REMEMBER, JESUS, JESUS, JESUS! THERE IS JUST SOMETHING ABOUT THAT NAME!

USE WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN

TO THOSE WHO USE WELL WHAT THEY ARE GIVEN, EVEN MORE WILL BE GIVEN, AND THEY WILL HAVE AN ABUNDANCE.” MATTHEW 25:29

The Lord has given us each a gift. We must take the time to figure out what that gift is. We must study his word and meditate upon it. We must listen closely to what he is telling us. When we do, he will reveal to us our mission. We are to use what he has given to us wisely. We are to show him that we are as faithful and true to him as he is and has been to us. We should commit ourselves wholeheartedly to him and not allow ourselves to be influenced by the evil around us. Our Lord reassures us that he has gone before us. He is always with us in every situation. Before we act upon our thoughts we should go to him in prayer and ask what his direction is. We should rely upon him to direct us in all of our ways. We must recognize the gifts of God and make sure we use them wisely and not squander our opportunities. These opportunities given to us by God are too valuable to not take seriously. If we are carefully listening to him we will hear him. If we don’t hear him we will not complete our tasks faithfully. We must listen and be obedient to him always! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

KEEP WATCH

SO BE STRONG AND COURAGEOUS! DO NOT BE AFRAID AND DO NOT PANIC BEFORE THEM.” DEUTERONOMY 31:6

SO YOU TOO, MUST KEEP WATCH! FOR YOU DO NOT KNOW THE DAY OR THE HOUR OF MY RETURN.” MATTHEW 25:13

As we continue to live in the last days we must keep ourselves aware of the things going on around us. We must continue to stay strong in the Lord. We are not to get involved in what is happening and begin to panic before those around us. But, we are instead to stay courageous and continue to witness for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! We must keep our focus on the end result. Our Lord is returning soon. We are to stay watchful and alert. We don’t know the day nor the hour of his return but we do know the season. The season is now. Be watchful! Stay prepared! Stay continually forcused on the Lord and listen carefully to his instructions. We each have a purpose. We are living in these times to fulfill our purpose. We were not created for these time as an accident. We are all a part of God’s endtime prophecy. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

THE LORD IS COMING!

LISTEN TO HIS VOICE AND HOLD FAST TO HIM. FOR THE LORD IS YOUR LIFE.” DEUTERONOMY 30:20

The Lord is returing soon. We are to recognize the season of his return but we will not know the day or the time. The season is now. All of the prophesies have been met. The conditions are ripe for the great harvest of his children. This world is becoming increasingly unexplainable. As the worldly watch the evil events that are taking place it boggles the human mind. How is it possible that this kind of lying and cheating and lusting for power can continue to be so blatently displayed? There is only one way to explain the events of the day. That way is the word of God. These events have been prophesied. They are able to take place because the Lord says that in the last days people will be lovers of money, power and of themselves. We however, are to continue to live in the spirit and not within this evil world. We have to live with confidence that the Lord our God in heaven continues to be with us in all of our struggles and that he continues to protect us. We must pay close attention to his voice and do as he asks. We must attach our lives to him and never let go. He is the only answer. The time of grace is short. Our Lord Jesus Christ is at the door. He is returning soon to remove and protect his children from God’s wrath that is about to be displayed upon this earth. The devil knows his time is short and he is becoming increasingly active. We are in for a wild ride. Grasp onto the Lord our God and do not let go. We must believe that we receive! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN

IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY LIFE AND SEE MANY HAPPY DAYS, KEEP YOUR TONGUE FROM SPEAKING EVIL AND YOUR LIPS FROM TELLING LIES.” 1 PETER 3:10

Our true feelings come from our heart. What we speak is what we are feeling in our hearts. We must cleanse ourselves by staying in God’s word and refreshing our spirits with the calm and refreshing word of God. We should live our lives to glorify Jesus. We cannot do this if we are harboring evil thoughts and evil desires within us. We must step back and listen to the quiet voice of God’s glorius Holy Spirt. We must make decisions and choose words we use in accordance with his word. If we find ourselves speaking negative things or doing evil of any kind we should take the time to repent and ask for forgiveness. Our words should be positive, our actions should be glorius to God. If we don’t line our lives up with God’s word then we are outside of his grace. However, if we are doing things that line up with the ways of Jesus then Happy Days Are Here Again! We will find complete joy and will not be filled with fear, worry and doubt. We will look for the Lord’s return with confidence and patience. Remember, our Lord is with us in and through all things. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

HOLD ON TIGHTLY TO THE LORD

SHOW LOVE TO THE LORD YOUR GOD BY WALKING IN HIS WAYS AND HOLDING TIGHTLY TO HIM.” DEUTERONOMY 11:22

We can only walk in the ways of our Lord by knowing and remembering what his ways are. We must not only read his word but we must be able to properly meditate and concentrate upon his word. It is impossible to do this on our own. In order for us to be able to walk in the ways of the Lord we must stay deeply involved with him. He must be constantly on our minds. When we approach troubles or struggles in life he must be the first one we turn to for help. He must be the one who we truly believe in and trust. Our Lord God in heaven loves each of us very much. We need to realize his love in our lives and hold on tightly because his strength, his promises and his everlasting love will carry us through. Let us all walk in his ways and hold on tightly. It will be a great and exciting ride! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

SIMPLY BELIEVE!

UNDERSTAND THEREFORE, THAT THE LORD YOUR GOD IS INDEED GOD. HE IS THE FAITHFUL GOD WHO KEEPS HIS COVENANT FOR A THOUSAND GENERATIONS AND LAVISHES HIS UNFAILING LOVE ON THOSE WHO LOVE HIM AND OBEY HIS COMMANDS.” DEUTERONOMY 7:9

We are simply to back off and believe God’s word just as a child would. As we grow older we accomplish a lot of things. We graduate from high school, go to college or go out into the world and find a good job. With all of these experiences and the teaching we receive, we sometimes forget about how real our God in heaven is. We become influenced by those who teach the ways of the world. We believe in what we see and not in what we don’t see. Our Lord will work in our lives each day if we just allow him to. Our faith must be so strong that we begin to believe in what is not seen more than we believe in what is seen. God has always been faithful to his children. According to Deuteronomy 7:9 he keeps his covenant for a thousand generations and lavishes all of his unfailing love on those who believe and obey. Who of us can truly believe and obey if we are not living in his word, if we are not meditating upon his word everyday and talking with him on a constant basis? We must surround our lives with the things of God. We must build upon our faith and make our faith unwavering. We must allow the Lord to work in our lives. If we do, we will see magnificant changes in our lives. We must simply believe. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS.

BEING STRONG AND COURAGEOUS IN THE LORD YOUR GOD IN HEAVEN

BE STRONG AND COURAGEOUS. DO NOT BE AFRAID OR TERRIFIED BECAUSE OF THEM, FOR THE LORD YOUR GOD GOES WITH YOU, HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU. ” DEUTERONOMY 31:6

It is extremely important that we obey the commands of our Lord. This is not easy to do. We all have our struggles in life. These are the times that we need to stand out as a follower of Christ. These are the times that we should depend upon our Lord God in heaven to help us through. As the time of our Lord’s return draws closer the devil works harder. He is cunning and very good at what he does. He is very clever as to how he throws things in our path as we walk with the Lord. He is the opposite of our Lord Jesus in everyway. However, he tries to imitate our Lord and does a pretty good job of it. If we are not in the word of God each and every day seeking God’s wisdom and knowledge, and if we are not in deep prayer to our Lord each day, we are leaving ourselves open to being deceived by the devil himself. Only our Jesus will lead us away from the deadly and disgraceful schemes of the devil. Only his word will show us the true way. Our Lord tells us to not be terrified or afraid of this world and it’s ways. He tells us to be strong and courageous. And most importantly, he tells us that he will never leave us nor forsake us. But, we must do our part. We must continue to build upon our faith each day by staying in close contact with the Lord. We cannot stray from him. We must continue to believe we receive no matter the situation. Remember, our God in heaven is our source! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

LIVING THROUGH THE STRENGTH OF GOD!

YOU MUST COMMIT YOURSELF WHOLEHEARTEDLY TO THESE COMMANDS I AM GIVING YOU TODAY. REPEAT THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN TO YOUR CHILDREN. TALK ABOUT THEM WHEN YOU ARE HOME AND WHEN YOU ARE ON THE ROAD, WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO BED AND WHEN YOU ARE GETTING UP.” DEUTERONOMY 6:6-7

The time has come for you and I to stand up and be counted. We are living in the end-times. We are being bombarded with evil day after day. We are being intimidated and smeared with fear, doubt and worry. We are being persecuted for what we believe and how we live. The Lord has shown me that now is the time to stand up and be counted. If we love the Lord and believe that he is with us then we should have no fear of what others can do to us. However, we should have a fear of what our God in heaven can do to us. He is about to release his anger upon this world. It will be changed in such a way that it will not recongnizable. Our faith has to be so strong that nothing can move it. We have to be aware of what is happening around us but we must also understand that we need to stay in God’s word consistantly and not be afraid to spread his message. There are lives on the line. We all have sons and daughters, brothers and sisters and other relatives who have not totally commited to the Lord. The time is beyond short. Every waking moment is vital and should be spent spreading the word of God by the way we live, talk and think. Our faith has to be unwavering. We cannot do this without a strong faith knowing our Lord is with us and is going before us in all of our battles. Stay strong by reading and meditating on God’s word, praising him for his great promises and continually praying to him in all things! We are in a great battle. We are on the winning side. Be proud of our Lord and what he has done for us. Stand up and let it be known that we believe we receive because our God in heaven is our source for all things we do and say. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

GOD’S CALLING

FOR GOD CALLED YOU TO DO GOOD, EVEN IF IT MEANS SUFFERING, JUST AS CHRIST SUFFERED FOR YOU. HE IS YOUR EXAMPLE AND YOU MUST FOLLOW IN HIS STEPS.” 1 PETER 2:21

As Christians our God in heaven has called us to a certain standard that we must be willing to live by. We are to distance ourselves from the evil around us. We are called to do good, even if we have to suffer for doing so. As Jesus walked this earth there was nothing and no one who detered our Lord from completing his task. He walked this earth to perfection. You and I are not perfect. However, we have been called to follow in his steps. If we trip and fall along the way then we have a loving and gracious God in heaven who will catch us and help us to get back on track. We should be looking to Jesus as our example for living in this world and not to those around us. We must stay focused on him and not focused worldly events. We must continue to build our faith in Jesus on a daily basis. As our faith grows we grow as a spiritual person. Our Lord is returning soon. Are you ready? The time to be ready is now and not tomorrow. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

YOUR LIFE THROUGH CHRIST JESUS!

PEOPLE DO NOT LIVE BY BREAD ALONE; RATHER, WE LIVE BY EVERY WORD THAT COMES FROM THE MOUTH OF THE LORD.” DEUTERONOMY 8:3

We work hard each and everyday in order to make a good living to support our families. We want them to have plenty of food , clothing and a good roof over their heads. However, as Christians we need to remember that our life is much more than that. We have a source in our Lord God who provides those things for us. Yes, we are not to be lazy and sit around all day waiting for the Lord to throw these good things into our laps. He wants us to be fruitful in what we do. We are to be wise in the way we live and how we speak and act toward others. But we are not to take our eyes off of him. It is sometimes easy to take our eyes from him and focus on ourselves. When we do that is when we begin to have struggles with the lack of resources to overcome those struggles. We are blessed! We must, however, remember where our blessings come from. They are not from our our hands but from the Lord. We should hang on every word that comes from his mouth and be faithful in how we live our lives. When we do we are forever successful! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

GOD’S TIME IS NEAR

YOU CAN MAKE MANY PLANS, BUT THE LORD’S PURPOSE WILL PREVAIL. ” PROVERBS 19:21

As we read the word of God and consider all of the prophesies that have been handed down and fulfilled throughout the years, it is plain to see that we are not only living in the last days but we are living in the tail end of the last days. All endtime prophecies have been met. God’s purpose is about to be met. He is at the door and ready to take all of his children to be with him. The things of this world may seem to be bad but this world has seen nothing yet. The wrath of our God is about to be spewn upon this earth and upon those who refuse to believe. As we listen and watch the world events of the day, we can rest assured that, our Lord has everything under control. If we have accepted the Lord and truly look forward to his coming then we are looking forward to a wonderful scene about to unfold. But, if we are living by the standards of this world and not believing the word of God, but believing the things of this world, then we are about to be involved in the worst of the worst of the trials and tribulations of this world. As a believer I know, that as God displays his wrath upon this earth, we as believers will be sitting at the marriage table of the Lamb. I pray for all of those who are yet to accept Christ and his wonderful plan. Our God in heaven is not going to take much more of what is going on in our world today. He is about to show his mighty strength and anger. I for one look forward to his might plan! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

LIVE THE GOOD LIFE

LIVE SUCH GOOD LIVES AMONG THE PAGANS THAT, THOUGH THEY ACCUSE YOU OF DOING WRONG, THEY MAY SEE YOUR GOOD DEEDS AND GLORIFY GOD ON THE DAY HE VISITS US.” 1 PETER 2:12

We as children of God are instructed to live our lives in such a way that even though the world accuses us of doing wrong they will see the goodness in the way we live and eventually praise the Lord our God when he returns. As we live each day we should constantly remind ourselves that the Lord is returning soon. He is coming to take us out of this world. We should remember that he is about to release his wrath upon the world and the remaining unbelievers. We should continue to live each day with the hope that he so graciously provided displaying joy, peace and faith in his word and promises. We must keep adding to the foundation of faith that we have built in order to be strong and until his return. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

PREPARE FOR WAR

THEREFORE PREPARE YOUR MINDS FOR ACTION, BE SELF-CONTROLLED; SET YOUR HOPE FULLY ON THE GRACE TO BE GIVEN YOU WHEN JESUS CHRIST IS REVEALED. ” 1 PETER 1:13

Just as those who go to war are trained for battle we also are to prepare for the battles that we fight on a daily basis. Before entering into a conflict or war our military will first learn all of the strategies necessary to battle successfully. We are to do the same. We must first, however, recognize that we are in a war. We are in a spritual battle each day. We are fighting forces and things that we cannot see. If we try to battle these things with worldly ways and worldly tools we will be easily defeated. We must prepare ourselves for these spirtual battles. We must stay in prayer to our God in heaven. We must ask for his help and we must have the faith to believe that we receive. The Lord is with us in all situations. But, he will not force himself upon us. We have to make the choice as to whether we want to fight these battles on our own or ask for his help. God wants to help us in all things. We must prepare our minds to receive from him and to listen to him and to do as he instructs us to do. If we are successful in depending on the Lord then we will win the battles and the war. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

OUR ACTIONS IN CHRIST

EVEN A CHILD IS KNOWN BY HIS ACTIONS, BY WHETHER HIS CONDUCT IS PURE AND RIGHT.” PROVERBS 20:11

Our actions tell the whole story. We are a living and breathing book that is walking this earth telling a story. We show people how we feel and what our beliefs are by what actions we take and how we live our lives. We can go about professing to be good but in our lives do things that are contradictory to the words that we speak. People believe our actions and not our words. As we meditate and concentrate on the word of God we will begin to reflect his word in our lives. Our actions will begin to show our relationship with Christ. Whether we are going through really tough times or if we are going through really good times our a relationship with Christ will allow us to act in a joyful and loving manner. It isn’t easy, but we should live a life with few ups and downs. If we truly believe the word of God then we know that He is taking care of us in any and all situations. With that knowledge we can be joyful even through the toughest times we may face. Our faith needs daily attention. We need to constantly build upon it and make it stronger and stronger. We must believe we receive because God is our source! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

BELIEVE IN FAITH AND RECEIVE IN FAITH

THIS DAY I CALL HEAVEN AND EARTH AS A WITNESS AGAINST YOU THAT I HAVE SET BEFORE YOU LIFE AND DEATH, BLESSINGS AND CURSES. NOW CHOOSE LIFE, SO THAT YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN MAY LIVE AND THAT YOU MAY LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD, LISTEN TO HIS VOICE AND HOLD FAST TO HIM.” DEUTERONOMY 30: 19-20

Our Lord has given us choices in our lives. He allows us to make mistakes and stumble, but if we have chosen to follow the Lord, then it is through these mistakes that we learn in the Lord. However, some do not make the choice to follow Jesus. Instead they follow their own hearts and the ways of the world. It takes a strong faith to be able to follow the Lord. There are many hardships along the way and persecutions that continually follow those who have accepted him. Our faith must be renewed each and everyday. We must surround ourselves with God’s word and the promises within his word. We must be able to believe in things unseen. We must have an unwavering faith, a faith that is only built by plugging into the Word of God. He must become our total source. Everything we do and say will become based upon his word and how he directs us to live our lives. If we waiver, we will get off track. If we do, we must ask for forgiveness and get back on the road to righteousness. Our Lord God in heaven loves us very much. He has given us choices. He tells us to choose life so that we may hear the Lord and hold fast to him. We must believe in faith and receive in faith! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

HUMBLE YOURSELF BEFORE THE LORD

HUMBLE YOURSELF BEFORE THE LORD AND HE WILL LIFT YOU UP. ” JAMES 4:10

It is not easy to be humble. It is actually harder than one might think. We are surrounded by the influences of this world where the attitude is to take care of yourself first and think of others later. We are taught to always take care of ourselves first and foremeost. Sometimes people even take that to the extreme. They will go out of their way to hurt others in order to be sure they have taken care of themselves first. However, the Lord tells us to do just the opposite. We are to humble ourselves. We are to think of others as better than ourselves. We are to think of others first and put ourselves in the back of the line. Sometimes we find that we are trying to out guess the Lord or trying to do things on our own instead of turning them over to him. He has promised to take care of us in every and all situations. We will be successful if we just humble ourselves before him. Let him take the reins and guide us. Let him make decisions for us. If we do, he promises that he will lift us up. Our lives here on earth will be so much better as we have a God in heaven who loves us more than we can believe. All we have to do is trust him. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

RIGHTEOUS PRAYERS

AND THE PRAYER OFFERED IN FAITH WILL MAKE THE SICK PERSON WELL; THE LORD WILL RAISE HIM UP. ” JAMES 5:15

THE PRAYER OF A RIGHTEOUS MAN IS POWERFUL AND EFFECTIVE. ” JAMES 5:16

A prayer prayed in faith is one that will heal the sick and make the weak strong. When we pray we should be confident that our pray is answered. We must not allow any doubt to enter, but pray our prayer with confidence in the Lord, that he is with us in all things and will never leave us. No matter the situation in which we find ourselves we must keep our faith strong and never waver. Our Lord has given us his promise that he will answer prayer and we must take at his word. We must believe that we receive because our God in heaven is faithful and always with us. He should be our power source. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

ALWAYS REMEMBER WHO IS IN CONTROL

BUT REMEMBER THE LORD YOUR GOD, FOR IT IS HE WHO GIVES YOU THE ABILITY TO PRODUCE WEALTH, AND SO CONFIRMS HIS COVENANT, WHICH HE SWORE TO YOUR FOREFATHERS, AS IT IS TODAY,” DEUTERONOMY 8:18

It is so important that we never forget who is really in control of our lives. Our Lord God provides for us in everything we do. We are who we are in life because of the Lord our God in heaven. He gives us the abilities we have. He provides our abilities to be successful in life. Without him our life will be unfulfilled. We may have riches and worldly success but our life will always be lacking. Our lives will continue to be unfulfilled and we will continue to search until we find Christ, until we develop that intimate relationship with him. He is our source! He is our strength! He is our life blood! There is nothing else that we can obtain in this life that will fulfill the emptiness we have without him. I know that I wonder at the things that are going on in this world today. The murders, the suicides, the lies and deception. These are all a result of seeking things of this world. These are the result of allowing the devil to control our lives and putting hatred and division in our thoughts and ways. This can only be stopped by standing up as children of God and facing the devil head on. We have nothing to fear with Christ on our side. We are plugged into the strongest and most faithful source available! Remember, testify and represent Jesus well. Praise him, pray to him and never be embarrassed to be strong in Jesus! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

THE LORD’S DEFENSE

DO NOT SAY, ‘ I’LL PAY YOU BACK FOR THIS WRONG!’ WAIT FOR THE LORD AND HE WILL DELIVER YOU.” PROVERBS 20:22

We pray and ask our Lord for a lot of things. When we do we have to be patient and willing to believe and trust him for his answers to our prayers. When we are confronted with evil and we become angry, it is very easy to want to take control of the situation and allow our anger to take over. When this happens we often times make the situation much worse. Proverbs 20:22 tells us that this is not the way to react. We are to trust the Lord in all situations and that includes our times of anger. We should not act upon our madness. We should allow the Lord our God to handle the matter. We are not in any position to be judge and/or jury. The Lord has not given us that right. We should trust the Lord to take care of the situation. The Lord will defend us. He will handle the matter in his time frame and in his way. We must allow him to work in our lives. We must continue to trust him, even in times of great anger. We must be patient and continue to wait upon him. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!
