YOU HAVE BEEN CALLED

EACH OF YOU SHOULD CONTINUE TO LIVE IN WHATEVER SITUATION THE LORD HAS PLACED YOU, AND REMAIN AS YOU WERE WHEN GOD FIRST CALLED YOU. ”

The Lord has called each and everyone of us to be his servant. We are to spread the word of God. We are to spread the truth of his mighty promises and to show others our faith. We have been called to action. Each and everyone of us are in a different situation. We all face some of the same challenges but we also face challenges that others may not face. As children of God we must realize where God has put us in this life and perform our calling with joy and the Lord’s strength. Whether we are rich or poor, tall or short, or live in the city or the country we must remember that God has a purpose for us and that we are in our situations for a reason. God has a great plan for each of us. We must allow him to work within our lives. We don’t know who we are touching or who we are suppose to touch, but God does know. We must be prepared at all times by keeping our faith strong and our ways pure, living our testimony for the Lord wherever we are. We all have a specific purpose in God’s wonderful plan. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS AND WHEREVER WE ARE!

POSSIBILITIES WITH OUR GOD

WHAT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR PEOPLE IS POSSIBLE WITH GOD. ” LUKE 18:27

As we continue to build upon our faith in our God in heaven we will find that all things are possible with God. We who are living on this earth are limited in what we can do. However, with our faith we have no limitations. If we believe that we receive we WILL receive from our Father in heaven. As we continue in our prayer lives we must leave our requests and prayers at the feet of Jesus. Sometimes we pick them up after we pray and try to fulfill those needs by our own power. They can only be fulfilled if we leave them at the feet of Jesus and believe him to fulfill every need and desire we have as a Christian. To survive in this world we must have tremendous faith in our Lord and Savior. If we allow any doubts to enter we will not succeed but will fail. Remember, we can do all things through Christ who loves us! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

FOLLOWING THE COMMANDS OF GOD

IF YOU OBEY THE COMMANDS OF THE LORD YOUR GOD AND WALK IN HIS WAYS, THE LORD WILL ESTABLISH YOU AS HIS HOLY PEOPLE AS HE SWORE HE WOULD DO. ” DEUTERONOMY 28:9

As I was praying and reading God’s word this morining the Lord spoke to me about our great country. Over the past couple of years I have become extremely concerned about our country because of all of the lying, cheating and disrespect for humanitarian ways. Our land was founded upon great Christian values. Since January 20th of 2021 we have seen our country begin to slide downward in great proportions. Our leadership in this country is nowhere to be found. It is easy for all of us to just give up and believe that what we see is what we get. The leaders of our country today deny the evil they do and continue to hide their evil thoughts and accuse others of doing exactly what they are doing. What is so appalling is that they are allowed to get away with this and they know it! This is so outrageous that if anyone has eyes they can see what is happening. Why would this be happening? Well, it is quite apparant that the devil is running wild. He is taking advantage of all who will listen and do as he threatens. He is very good at establishing fear. I don’t like using The Bread of Life ministries as a political platform but the Lord has made it very clear to me that if we, as Christians, do not stand up and be bold in him we will lose our country as we know it. The children of God are under attack. Our God in heaven has a plan and it is already in place and underway. We as Christians, however, must do our part. We must be bold and stand up for the Word of God! We must continue to pray continuously! We must not profess fear or doubt but instead live our lives in the things unseen and not the things seen and of this world. We must trust our God. We must trust his word. We must get involved and stand up for righteousness, love for all and peace for all. We need to get back to the principles this great country was founded upon. We must stand up for what is right! This country will succeed when and only when we let our God in heaven back in our schools and daily lives. We must stand up for what is right and deny what is wrong. We must believe in our God and not in the evil that is in the world. We can and will do all things through Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

SPIRITUAL BEINGS

DON’T YOU REALIZE THAT ALL OF YOU TOGETHER ARE THE TEMPLE OF GOD AND THAT THE SPIRIT OF GOD LIVES IN YOU? GOD WILL DESTROY ANYONE WHO DESTROYS THIS TEMPLE. FOR GOD’S TEMPLE IS HOLY, AND YOU ARE THAT TEMPLE. ” 1 CORINTH. 3:16

We are spiritual beings. It is important that we realize that we are spirit beings trying to live on the earth and not earthly beings trying live and do spiritual things. If we can come to this conclusion then we can better understand this scripture. God has created us. He has, however, given us free choice to do with our bodies as we choose. As born again believers God has given us the Holy Spirit to live within us. If we are the temple of God then we must treat our bodies as such. IF WE DON’T THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES. We must honor them and keep them as clean and honorable as possible. We must listen to the Holy Spirit that lives within us. If we don’t, then our bodies can easily become abused and not honored as the temple of our living God in heaven. The devil never gives up or lets up. He is relentless in his attacks. He wants nothing more than for us to destroy what God has given us. If we let down our guards then we are opening ourselves up for failure. We must continue each moment of everyday to build our faith in our Lord. We must pray and read his word. We must be relentless in what we do as Christians. We must be relentless is living a life of love, humbleness and truthfulness. It is easy to become entangled in the ways of the world. But remember, we are naturally spirit beings. We need to live in the Spirit. We are overcomers! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

LIVING IN GOODNESS, PEACE AND JOY

FOR THE KINDOM OF GOD IS NOT A MATTER OF WHAT WE EAT OR DRINK, BUT OF LIVING A LIFE OF GOODNESS, AND PEACE AND JOY IN THE HOLY SPIRIT. ” ROMANS 14:17

Our lives should reflect a life that makes us peaceful and joyful. We should be showing others that our life in Christ Jesus is one of happiness, goodness and the desire to serve others. It should not be a life that represents grumbling, doubting, worrying, being judgmental, showing anger, lying or cheating. We as a collective group are the temple of our God in heaven. The world is watching us very closely. The devil himself knows the truth. He is doing everthing he can to discourage the way we live in this world. He is running wild in these last days. Things are happening around us that don’t even make any sense. He is pulling out all of the stops in order to disgrace God’s people. We must remember that through Jesus we can do all things. However, there is a catch to that. God tells us that we must believe. If we allow doubt to creep in then the devil will steal our joy, our peace and our goodness. We must continue to stay consistantly in God’s Word, in prayer and step back and listen very carefully to the Holy Spirit of God. If we do, then we will have victory. The devil has already been defeated. But, he is trying to make our lives here on earth as troubling as possible. We are the Bible to many people here on earth. We must be sound witnesses for Christ. We must continue to fight the fight with Jesus by our side. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

THE LORD HAS RISEN!

BUT VERY EARLY ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK THE WOMEN WENT TO THE TOMB,, TAKING THE SPICES THEY HAD PREPARED. THEY FOUND THE STONE HAD BEEN ROLLED AWAY FROM THE ENTRANCE.” LUKE 24:1-2

WHY ARE YOU LOOKING AMONG THE DEAD FOR SOMEONE WHO IS ALIVE? HE ISN’T HERE. HE HAS RISEN FROM THE DEAD.” LUKE 24: 5-6

From the day our Lord was nailed to that cross and died, to the day he went to set at the right hand of God, there were a lot of things that went on in order for us to receive the salvation that our God in heaven so graciously provided to us. After walking this earth as a human and experiencing everything we experience, he then went to the cross and experienced a horrible death so that you and I would have the chance to be saved. Spikes were driven into his hands and feet to hold him on that cross. There he was lifted up for all to see. Many watched while many ridiculed him, laughed at him and wept for him. Jesus anquished on that cross before he died. He did that for you and me. He was raised from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit. As we celebrate Easter we must remember it’s true meaning. We must remember what deeds were performed by our Lord in order for us to be able to celebrate it. Jesus could have asked God to deliver him from all of that anquish and God would have done so. But Jesus went through it all for you and me. PRAISE THE LORD FOR ALL HHE HAS DONE!

THE KINGDOM OF GOD

FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NOT JUST A LOT OF TALK; IT IS LIVING BY GOD’S POWER.” 1 COR. 4:20

When we live in Jesus we need to talk the talk and walk the walk. We need to spread his gracious word so that others can hear it. If they don’t hear it they will not be aware of it. We must also live by God’s power. We must trust in what God has given us to talk to others about. If we only spread his word by telling others about it and then we go out and live a life worthy of the world then we are not accomplishing what God sent us here to do. Our trust in God and our faith in his promises must be so strong that our lives reflect his very presence. Not only must we tell about his promises but we must show others how to live his promises. In order to live his promises we must immerse ourselves in his Holy Word each and everyday. We must talk about his promises and make them a part of our lives. We must believe we receive! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

THE WISDOM OF THE WORLD

FOR THE WISDOM OF THIS WORLD IS FOOLISHNESS TO GOD.” 1 COR. 3:19

We live in a world today where those in power think they are the wisest and know what is best for the rest of us. They think they are powerful and that they can do all things. They have no respect for the Lord God in heaven. As a matter of fact, they are being used by the devil to try to conquer Christians. They are doing everthing within their power to shut down the worship of God’s people. They are intimidating, lying, cheating, cursing and defaming our Lord in the way they speak and live their lives. However, we all know that they have no chance. Our God in heaven sees the wisdom of this world as foolishness. Our Lord will prevail. He has a plan and the bible explicity tells us of this plan. We know the ending of this story. The only thing we don’t know is when it is going to happen. We know the season but not the exact time. We are living in the season. We must not fall away and stop believing. We must continue to proceed forward in prayer and belief continually building upon our faith. The time is short. Those in power have only a little time left. We must continue to do God’s work until he returns. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

THE GOODNES OF GOD

AND WE KNOW THAT GOD CAUSES EVERYTHING TO WORK TOGETHER FOR THE GOOD OF THOSE WHO LOVE GOD AND ARE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE FOR THEM. ” ROMANS 8:28

As born again Christians we must always remember that our God in heaven is involved in every aspect of our lives if we just ask him to be. No matter the situation our Lord is there. Romans 8:28 tells us that he will cause everything to work for the good of those who love him. I know that I can certainly cause my own troubles in my life. As I look at some of the things I have done I can see that the Lord has always used my issues to help and not to hinder. Every situation turns into an opportunity for the Lord. We don’t always understand what he is doing or why he is doing something that exploits our weakness but if we believe and continue to love the Lord with all of our heart everything turns out for his good. We must keep the faith, build upon the faith and never doubt. We must continue to confess with our mouth the promises of God. If we do, we will always be successful. PRASIE THE LOSRD IN ALL THINGS!

OUR COMPLETE GOD

BUT TO THOSE CALLED BY GOD TO SALVATION, BOTH JEWS AND GENTILES, CHRIST IS THE POWER OF GOD AND THE WISDOM OF GOD! 1 COR. 1:24

Our God in heaven is in everything, is at everthing, is everything! Our God is the total and complete power of our lives. All we have to do is allow him the access to our daily lives. If we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior we have the power of God living in us. We have the wisdom of God living in us. We must remember that the Holy Spirit is God’s Spirit and not the world’s spirit. God’s Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets. It reveals to us his wisdom and good jusdgment. We, however, must tap into this great power that he provides. We first must believe and not doubt and then we must act upon his promises. Our God in heaven has provided everthing we need to live a rich and productive life, one that will represent him in the finest of ways. But, we must choose to do so. It isn’t easy because we have great evil forces coming against us. We must overcome these forces and we can only do so with the help of our Lord. We must be persistant and specific in our prayers. God will not help us if we do not ask. And when we do ask we must be specific as to what we need. Plug into the Lord and always be victorious! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

SPIRITUAL CLOTHING

INSTEAD, CLOTHE YOURSELF WITH THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD, JESUS CHRIST. AND DON’T LET YOURSELF THINK ABOUT WAYS TO INDULDGE YOUR EVIL DESIRES.” ROMANS 13:14

We prepare ourselves for each day by first putting on our clothes. What we decide to wear is dependent upon what we are doing and where we are going. If we are a construction worker we would dress appropriatly. If we are a business person we will also dress accordingly. God wants us to do the same as children of God. He tells us that we should clothe ourselves with Jesus each and everyday. We should pray and praise God. We should give glory to our God in heaven. We should prayerfully read God’s word and find out what plans are in order for the day. Without doing these things we are going out into a jungle of evil without any spirtual clothes. We are completely defenseless when surrounded each day by the world and it’s ways. The only way to overcome this world is to clothe ourselves with the righteousness of God. We should pray for daily wisdom and know, without a doubt, how we are to handle ourselves in whatever confronts us. We must continue to build up our faith and be strong in the righteous values of our Lord God in heaven. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

THE KNOWING OF OUR HEARTS

IF YOU ARE FAITHFUL IN LITTLE THINGS, YOU WILL BE FAITHFUL IN LARGE ONES. BUT IF YOU ARE DISHONEST IN LITTLE THINGS, YOU WON’T BE HONEST WITH GREATER RESPONSIBILITES.” LUKE 16:10

The Lord our God in heaven knows are hearts. He knows what we really think. He knows our actions before we even perform them. As we continue to build our faith in Jesus we begin to take the little things as serious as the larger ones. We must become proficient in the smaller things before we can become strong and faithful in the larger things of life. How can we expect God to perform miracles in our lives if we can’t even believe him in the simplest of things? Our faith makes us whole. If we have weak faith then we will not be able trust God in any of the things of our life. Faith is a process. Yes, our God gives us all a measure of faith but it is up to us as to how we train our faith, how we use it and how often we use it. We should trust God each day for everthing. Small things and large things. If we don’t, then our lives will reflect this and we will not be the living testimonies God wants us to be. We need to ask in order to receive. If we don’t have the faith to ask or even recognize that we should ask then we will not hear from God. We must get to the point in our faith where we believe we receive because he is our source! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

DEFEATING DOUBT

WHEN DOUBT FILLS MY MIND, YOUR COMFORT GAVE ME RENEWED HOPE AND CHEER.” PSALM 94:19

We live in a world of doubt and fear. Everywhere we go and everything we do is surrounded by these evils. As we confront these evils each day we must go to the Lord in prayer and listen carefully for his answers. We should plug into our source and stay plugged in. If we do, we are promised renewed hope and happiness. When we reach a point where our Lord God in heaven is our complete source, where we depend upon him only, then our lives will become renewed each day with joy in our hearts and a smile on our faces. We will know that there is nothing in this world that can hurt us. Physical death becomes nothing more than a transfer from this life to the the spirtual life that awaits us. When we value what is ahead more than we value what we have now, our lives become whole and we can live our earthly lives without fear, doubt or worry. We should give our full focus to the day in which we live because we have no guarantees as to whether we will be here tomorrow. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

CONQUERING EVIL

DON’T LET EVIL CONQUER YOU, BUT CONQUER EVIL BY DOING GOOD.” ROMANS 12:21

In these last days we will continue to see things that we will not understand or be able to explain. Evil will contiue to grow stronger and continue to overtake those who are unprepared and weak. We, as children of God, must continue to stay strong. We must continue to talk with God. We must be prudent in listening to his voice and his direction. We must not allow doubt or fear to enter and cause havoc in our lives. Each day brings us new challenges. We must be able to meet these challenges head on. We cannot do this without God. He provides us with wisdom, strength and knowledge. We must, however, train ourselves to listen to our Lord in all situations. As we listen, and then live our lives as our Lord directs, we will find ourselves living justified lives before our God in heaven and becoming overcomers of all roadblocks here on this earth. We all need to be prepared and stand firm in our beliefs. If we do, we will be victorious is all that we do. Trust in the Lord our God! He is with us always! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

THE BELIEVER’S AUTHORITY

LOOK, I HAVE GIVEN AUTHORITY OVER ALL THE POWER OF THE ENEMY, AND YOU CAN WALK AMONG SNAKES AND SCORPIONS AND CRUSH THEM.” LUKE 10:19

We as children of God have been given power. This power allows us to stand up to all of the evil that we confront each and everyday. We have super power strength which can be used to defeat the smallest and the largest of problems. The devil knows this and he uses his strength and evil ways to deter us from the strength we receive from God. We should not and cannot underestimate the power of the evil one. He is extremely deceiving. He can and does appear as a sheep among us. As we grow in the Lord we should become more sensitive to God’s word. We must look at everthing very closely and compare it to God’s word. We must pay close attention to the Lord and his voice. He does speak to us. It may not be in an audible voice but he is with us through the Holy Spirit who lives within us. He teaches us right from wrong. He gives us a deep sense of what is right and what is not right. But many times we do not listen to our spirit. We don’t pay attention to what he is telling us. We don’t take the time to check it out. We must sell out 100% to our God in heaven. Afterall, he has sold out 100% to us. He gave his one and only son to redeem us from the evil of this world. If we pay attention to the Lord and listen carefully we will realize all of his power in us. Build your faith, wisdom and boldness in the Lord. PRAISE THE LORD ALWAYS!

BEING MADE RIGHT WITH GOD

IF YOU CONFESS WITH YOUR MOUTH THAT JESUS IS LORD AND BELIEVE IN YOUR HEART THAT GOD RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD YOU SHALL BE SAVED. FOR IT IS WITH YOUR HEART THAT YOU BELIEVE AND ARE JUSTIFIED, BUT IT IS WITH YOUR MOUTH THAT YOU CONFESS AND ARE SAVED. ” ROMANS 10:9-10

Believing and confessing in what we believe is vital to becoming right with God. As we continue to build our faith we should become more bold in our belief of our God in heaven and what he does for us. If we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior we are charged with telling that to the world. We must let them know of the great miracle that has taken place within our being. We must always confess Jesus as our Lord and Savior and we must believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead. We must stay strong. We must always stay surrounded by our Lord and Savior. That is the intention of the Lord. Remember, he sent the person of the Holy Spirit to live within us and direct us. Do we listen to the Holy Spirit? Or, are we so busy with our daily lives that we miss what he is telling us. If we stay plugged into our source we will always be successful. If we are totally depending upon our Lord and Savior for our every need, then we will be successful. Yes, we will continue to have trials and tempatations but the Lord will always be there to help us through. Life may seem impossible but all things are possible through Christ who gives us strength! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

BE PATIENT IN THE LORD

REJOICE IN OUR CONFIDENT HOPE. BE PATIENT IN TROUBLE, AND KEEP ON PRAYING.” ROMANS 12:12

Our hope in Christ is not mere hope, it is CONFIDENT hope. We have no doubts about our Lord and what he has done for us. We have no doubts as to what he continues to do for us. As we live in this world and it’s many troubles the Lord tells us to be patient and to keep on praying. As we pray we are to trust in his word and his many promises. Remember, God never fails on a promise. This world and the time in which we live is very troubling. We are surrounded by evil and all it stands for. We each have been chosen to live in this time period. We were not born just by accident. We have a purpose and we must ask God to reveal that purpose to us and then we must fulfill his purpose in our lives. We must stay plugged into our source, our God in heaven. We must continue to build our faith so that we can continue to have that “confident” hope. We are living in the end times. The time of this earth as we now know it, is short. Some of us have heard these words for years and some have fallen away, thinking that the Lord’s return may never happen. I can tell you with extreme confidence that we are living in a special time. Our Lord is about to do something very special. Because of what has happened and what is currently happening in our world today more people are becoming open to God’s word. It is up to each of us to know the work God has set before us and complete it. The time is short! Continue to pray, listen, trust and be patient in Jesus! He never fails! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

GLORY TO GOD

FOR EVERYTHING COMES FROM HIM AND EXISTS BY HIS POWER AND IS INTENDED FOR HIS GLORY. ALL GLORY TO HIM FOREVER! ” ROMANS 11:36

The Lord our God in heaven is the creator of all things and deserves our undivided attention. Everything that we have been given, every trouble that we have been delivered from, and every disease we have been delivered of is a result of the great mercy and graciousness of our Lord God. Even when we go through struggles the Lord will use those struggles for his own good if we allow him to. We must be fully aware of our Lord in all situations. We must continue to praise him in and through all things. We must continue to build upon what faith we have and all allow him to work in our lives all of the time. Train yourself up to go to our God in heaven in good times and in hard times. He should always receive our praises for his great mercy in our lives. Always give God the glory! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

HELP BY THE HOLY SPIRIT

AND THE HOLY SPIRIT HELPS US IN OUR WEAKNESS.” ROMANS 8:26

The Lord has known since Adam and Eve that those he loves are weak. When we are weak we are open to hurt, anxiety, failure, disobedience, worry, doubt, lust, lying, cheating, bitternes, unforgivness and many other areas of evil. He has sent his precious Holy Spirit to help us through all of our times of struggles. I don’t know about you, but my daily life presents itself with many struggles that test me. They expose my weaknesses and allow me the opportunty to humble myself before God. I have learned throughout these past years that if I am about to do something, and I am not completely sure about it, I should take a step back, pray and listen. That little check in my spirit is the Holy Spirit telling me to wait. Either the timing is not right or I am not to do what I was about to do. My problem has always been that I don’t listen. I go ahead and jump in and then if it doesn’t work out I go crying to the Lord for help. Yes, he is always there to answer my prayer, but I could have saved myself some anguish if I had just listened. We should all be sensitive to the Holy Spirit. We should be quiet and listen carefully. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

CHRIST AS LORD AND SAVIOR

LOOK! I STAND AT THE DOOR AND KNOCK. IF YOU HEAR MY VOICE AND OPEN THE DOOR, I WILL COME IN, AND WE WILL SHARE A MEAL TOGETHER AS FRIENDS. ” REVELATION 3:20

As children of God we have been given a responsibility. We are to spread his word and help in bringing others to Christ. As each day passes, that responsibility becomes even more important. We are to walk and talk a life that is representative of Jesus. We are to live this life even in times of trouble. We are not perfect but when we stumble we should get back up, dust ourselves off, ask our Lord for forgiveness and move forward. Even when we stumble in our Christian lives we are being watched closely by others to see how we respond. It is even more important that we represent Jesus in our times of trouble. Others are watching. They are learning and being influenced by the way we react to this world. It is not easy leading a solid Christian life in times of trouble. It is important that our faith continues to grow in the Lord. Through our faith others will see, hear and come. The Lord has put us here for a purpose. Let us not miss our opportunities. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

OBEDIENT FAITH

SO WE ARE MADE RIGHT WITH GOD THROUGH FAITH AND NOT BY OBEYING THE LAW. “

The Lord has continuously dealt with me, throughout the years, about how important it is to build up my faith and to use my faith to obey him, to have faith for healing, and for confidence in moving through the struggles of life. I have found that as much as I want to be perfect like Jesus, I am far from it. I will never reach that goal here on earth. However, by strong faith in his power I am totally able to overcome all of my shortfalls in life because of God’s love for me. He has given me the power of the Holy Spirit to live within me. He guides me and gives me strength and confidence in my times of need. Faith is everything. If we do not have strong faith then the evil one will win his battles against us. With faith in all of the promises of God we have the confidence that we cannot be defeated by evil. Even if we do stumble the Lord is there to pick us up. We must stay plugged into our source of strength and continue to build our faith by using our faith. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

FOCUS AND BE HUMBLE

LOOK STRAIGHT AHEAD, AND FIX YOUR EYES ON WHAT LIES BEFORE YOU. MARK OUT A STRAIGHT PATH FOR YOUR FEET; STAY ON THE SAFE PATH. DON’T GET SIDETRACKED; KEEP YOUR FEET FROM FOLLOWING EVIL.” PROVERBS 4:25-27

The Lord has shown me in the last day that it is so important that I keep my eyes on him and on him only. He has focused in on the idea that if I am out spreading his message that I must be living that message. That is not as easy as it sounds. Many things get in our way. Humbling ourselves before the Lord and before others will make living the message much easier. Pride is one of the worst obstacles that stands in our way. Pride of what we have done and pride of how much we think we know. We must listen to the thoughts of others, and even though we may not agree we must respect the thoughts of others. We must handle these situations carefully and prayerfully. We must know what the Lord wants us to do and how we are to act. We must not condemn. We must watch our words. We should be building others up and not tearing them down. We are not all made the same nor have we all been influenced in this world by the same things. However, if we have accepted the Lord as Lord and Savior then we are all headed in the same direction. We all have the same goal. The Lord may have different ways for each of us to present his word. Who are we to condemn others? We are to listen to the Holy Spirit and follow his ways. Continue to pray and carefully listen to the Lord for answers. That is the only way we will be successful. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

STAYING FOCUSED ON THE LORD

” WE ARE MADE RIGHT WITH GOD BY PLACING OUR FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST.” ROMANS 3:22

As I was reading God’s word this morning he reminded me that my focus must stay on him. I can become very busy in my daily life. As I do, I sometimes forget where my source lives. He lives in heaven. He lives in my prayers. He lives in me through his precious Holy Spirit. I have been reminded to keep my eyes on my God in heaven. I am reminded to use my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who so graciously defends in me in heaven, to pray and praise my loving and merciful God. I am reminded that God has given me the Holy Spirit to guide me in this life. However, I must do my part. I must stay plugged in and stay focused. No matter the the situation my God is my source for all things. He has provided me with all the necessary tools to be successful but I must not allow the evil one to trick me into listening to him and the things of this world. Our faith must be in Jesus Christ who was sent to die for our sins. We are to stay focused on the one who loves us unconditionally, our God in heaven. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

THE PEACE OF CHRIST

” THOUGH A THOUSAND FALL AT YOUR SIDE, THOUGH TEN THOUSAND ARE DYING AROUND YOU, THESE EVILS WILL NOT TOUCH YOU.” PSALM 91:7

Psalm 91:7 is a wonderful promise. Our God in heaven is with us in all things. We must, however, totally believe in what he says. Our God does not fail on his promises. He is always with us. He sent his son, Jesus, to die on the cross for our evils and has sent his Holy Spirit to lead us through this life. There is a lot of evil going on around us. For those who do not know Jesus this must be a very confusing, and in some cases, terrifying time. But, for those of us who do know our Lord and Savior we know how this whole story is going to end. The devil also knows how things are going to end. He is going wild in this world and is pulling out all of the punches as his time is running out. He is fighting hard and is determined to take as many of God’s people with him to hell as he can. We must continue to stand strong. We must continue to build our faith and stand upon our faith. God has promised our survival without harm. We must however, believe and not doubt. We must live our lives representing the faith that we have in his promises. We must stand up and be great testimonies for Christ. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

COURAGEOUS IN THE LORD

BE STRONG AND COURAGEOUS, DO NOT BE AFRAID OR LOSE HEART.” 1 CHRONICLES 22: 13

As we continue to push forth and build our faith, there will be many stumbling blocks put before us. We have to stay the course. We must stay focused on the end result. We must continue to pray to the Lord and stay courageous as we are confronted with fear. We must never allow doubt to enter and we must never lose heart. The Lord has given us many weapons to help us through. We must continue to use them and then we will become victorius and live the life God has intended for us. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

” THE HEARTS TREASURY”

A GOOD PERSON PRODUCES GOOD THINGS FROM THE TREASURY OF A GOOD HEART, AND AN EVIL PERSON PRODUCES EVIL THINGS FROM THE TREASURY OF AN EVIL HEART. WHAT YOU SAY FLOWS FROM WHAT IS IN YOUR HEART.” LUKE 6:45

If we put bad gas in our cars then they will not run properly. They will not get us from one place to another. If we eat food that is not good for our physical bodies, our body will eventually show the bad effects of what we eat. The same principle stands for our spirit being. Our God in heaven has given us the joy of the person of the Holy Spirit. Do we listen to what the Holy Spirit tells us? Do we surround ourselves with the things of God? Do we surround ourselves with the people of God? Do we routinely read God’s Word? Do we pray and talk to our Lord on a regular basis? Do we thank him and praise him for all of his mercy and grace? If we do, then we are successfully training our spirits and we will demonstrate a life worthy of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our words will speak joy and our voices will display compassion. Our lives will reflect that of Jesus. People around us will feel his presence through us. However, if we surround ourselves with the things of this world our voices, our words and our lives will represent the ways of this world. We are to stand out. We are to be different. What we speak and what we do will reflect how we prepare for each day. Stay close to God. Never lose touch. Always stay in communication and believe that you receive because God is our Source! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!

ENDURANCE THROUGH CHRIST JESUS

WE CAN REJOICE, TOO WHEN WE RUN INTO PROBLEMS AND TRIALS, FOR WE KNOW THEY HELP US TO DEVELOP ENDURANCE.” ROMANS 5: 3

There is not one of us who have or will live a life without problems or struggles. However, God’s Word tells us that God uses those struggles and problems to help us to develop and strengthen endurance. They help us in our process of strengthening our faith. As we plow through and endure each trial, our faith in our Lord continues to become stronger and stronger. Don’t allow your trials and problems to win the battle. Depend upon your Lord God in heaven to answer your prayers and help you through. Endure and be strong in the Lord! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

CONTINUOUS LEARNING

TEACH ME YOUR WAYS, O LORD, THAT I MAY LIVE ACCORDING TO YOUR TRUTH.” PS. 86:11

No matter how much we read God’s Word, nor how long we have been saved, we are in God’s classroom constantly. There is always something new that God is trying to teach us. We continue to strive each day to meet the goals that our Lord has set for each of us. It is important that we continue to strive for this success in the Lord. We need to continue to feed the fire and keep the fire burning in our hearts. It is when we let the fire get low or burn out completely that the devil slips in and tries to steal us away. We must stay alert, know what God’s Word says, and use the Word by speaking it and putting it into practice. If we do, we will have success. God is with us in all situations. We are not to be complacent but we are to be active and a positve witness for Jesus. We must continuously build up our faith and never give into the evil of the world around us. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL THINGS!

ACKNOWLEGE THE LORD YOUR GOD

SINCE THEY THOUGHT IT FOOLISH TO ACKNOWLEDGE GOD, HE ABANDONED THEM TO THEIR FOOLISH THINKING AND LET THEM DO THINGS THAT SHOULD NEVER BE DONE. THEIR LIVES BECAME FULL OF EVERY KIND OF WICKEDNESS, SIN, GREED, HATE, ENVY, MURDER, QUARRELING, DECEPTION, MALICIOUS BEHAVIOR AND GOSSIP. THEY ARE BACKSTABBERS, HATERS OF GOD, INSOLENT, PROUD, AND BOASTFUL.” ROMANS 1:28-30

Our Lord is a gracious and merciful God. He has provided for us all of the tools necessary for salvation, forgiveness and healing. All we have to do is believe that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. He has provided all of the necessary instruments to live a confident and peaceful life here on this earth without fear or anxiety. It sounds like the easist thing in the world to do. However, we are surrounded daily by the words, deeds, struggles and anxieties of this world. If we allow ourselves to become involved in the things of this world, without a solid foundation in Christ, we will find that we are living stressful and unbecoming lives that represent this world and not our Lord. It is so easy to become totally entrenched in the ways of the world because of our work, the news, and the way others around us live and influence us. We are in the world but not of the world. Our God will not force our hand in anything. We must be able to go to him and ask for his help. We must then be able to believe. The only way we are able to do this is to allow ourselves to be totally surrounded by our Father and not the world. We must train ourselves up in the Lord, go to him in prayer, praise him in his glory and believe that we receive. If we stay in the Lord, all doubts, worries and fears of this world will be defeated. He has promised and our God never fails on a promise. PRAISE THE LORD ALWAYS!

UNDERSTANDING WISDOM

” THEN YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT IS RIGHT, JUST, AND FAIR, AND YOU WILL FIND THE RIGHT WAY TO GO. FOR WISDOM WILL ENTER YOUR HEART AND KNOWLEDGE WILL FILL YOU WITH JOY. WISE CHOICES WILL WATCH OVER YOU. UNDERSTANDING WILL KEEP YOU SAFE. ” PROVERBS 2:9-11

Hearing from God is a wonderful thing. He speaks to us in many different ways. Each of us are on our own path to strong faith. Along the way we must acknowledge that we live in the world. God has given us honest and good people who he has trained as lawyers, doctors, nurses, teachers, plumbers, mechanics along with many other occupations. He has given us these trained professionals to serve us while we live upon this earth. As we continue in our faith walk we need to recognize that God does give us the wisdom to make wise decisions on who and how we use these tools. All we have to do is listen. He uses each of us in different ways and he uses each of us with a different set of people in different situations. Some of us are dealing with people with great faith and others are dealing with those who are just beginning the faith walk. Both kinds of people must be dealt with in different ways. The Lord has given each of us the tools and the wisdom to deal with those around us. We must be an example to others but we must also be a able to deal with others on their level. God knows our hearts. He knows where we are in our relationship to him. He puts us in situations to win others to Christ. Listen carefully to him. He has a plan and we must be able to follow it. We should not be putting our faith in the doctors, lawyers and teachers but we must be alert to the fact that God uses them in his plan for our lives. Our faith should be totally in the Lord our God but we must not be afraid to use the tools he has provided. He has put these trained professionals in our lives for a purpose. The key is keeping our faith in God and being able to use the tools he has provided to us. Pray and ask for wisdom. He will provide. PRAISE THE LORD ALWAYS!
