TAKE UP RESIDENCE IN THE LORD YOUR GOD!

“Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your hearts desires. ” Psalm 37:4

Home is a place we all love to be. It is our comfort zone.  We feel safe and we feel the power of love. When things go wrong in our lives we just want to go home where things are settled down, where worries subside and our thoughts turn to more pleasant things. The Lord tells us that if we make him our home, he will give us the desires of our heart. He becomes our safety net, our refuge  and our place of protection. It is with him where we are promised that our lives become better. He becomes our home where we can meet him and become the center of his love. He is our safe place and we can go to him anytime and anywhere we might be in this world. We must saturate ourselves in his greatness and we must believe that we receive everything he has promised.  We must pray as often as he gives us the nudge to do so, and we must give him all the praise and glory he deserves. So, let us take a step back and throw ourselves into God’s fantastic grace. He is our home. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS,!
