“But the heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.” Matthew 6:32-33
TODAY’S MESSAGE: The message in Matthew 6 seems simple enough. We are to seek his Kingdom and live righteously. If we do, he will provide. What could ever go wrong with that? Unfortunately, about everything. We must first understand what it is to seek God’s Kingdom. Seeking his Kingdom is living each day by heaven’s standards and not our own. It is putting God first in our life and doing so without any conditions. It is living a heavenly life before we get to heaven. Easy? No its not. We live in a world of unrighteousness. We like to be in control of our lives. This is where we stumble and fall. We are not and never will be perfect in this world. However, we are to do the best we can to stay in his presence. We should be dwelling in the Bible everday. We should be praying everyday. And, we should be glorifying his Holy Name everyday. When we do these things we draw closer to him and when we begin to depend on him to supply our needs we know he never fails us. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!
