THE BUILDING OF OUR FAITH!

“Enjoy prosperity while you can, but when hard times strike, realize they both come from God. Remember that nothing is certain in this life.” ECCLESIASTES 7:14

TODAY’S MESSAGE: The building of our faith is the most important thing we can do in this life. Getting as close to our Lord as we can is vital to who we have become. God sacrificed his only Son so that we could have a refuge when troubled times arrive. Faith is not constructed upon good times but good times are the result of strong faith. It is through troubled times that our faith is tested. It is when times become hard that we either turn to our refuge, Christ Jesus, or we turn to the world for answers. I will confess that in my own personal experience I have gone through many more failures than successes. I have been so entrenched in my own ideas and worldy thoughts that my Lord was not at the top of the list. However,  God uses those times to strengthen our faith walk.  It is through the worst of times that our faith increases.  It is extremely difficult to go through bad situations in life. It is even more difficult when we make those situations harder than they should be, by making decisions without involving the Lord. But God understands hardship produces solid trust and faith in Him. If you are going through difficult times, look at them as chances to grow your faith. Always move forward but only by living your life by getting close to God in heaven. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!
