“Enjoy what you have rather than desiring what you don’t have. Just dreaming about nice things is meaningless- like chasing the wind.” ECCLESIATES 6:9
TODAY’S MESSAGE: There is no human certainty is this world. Each day is different than the day before it. What we may think to be a certainty may soon turn to disaster in our presence. God in heaven is the creator of you and me and all things around us. We are each created for a purpose and an exact reason. Life on the earth is wonderful and our creation is also wonderful. However, it is wise that we stay close to the Lord our Savior so that we can better understand our purpose. We each lead very different lives, even within our families. Some will prosper greatly while others will live in poverty. Some will endure through terrible diseases while others will never go through a disease at all. Some will suffer great loss while others celebrate their successes. When life does not feel fair we must begin to look deeper. There is a reason and a purpose for everything the Lord does. We must endure what we have been given and celebrate the goodness within the bad. We must not pine for the things that others have and we do not. Instead, we must pray and ask for the good to seep out of what we consider the bad. When we accomplish this, God will honor us and help us to see the good things brought forth through our lives, and allow us to see that others are saved through our toughest times. We must never forget that we are strong in Christ Jesus, we should never give up praying for change and healing in our lives, but at the same time celebrate the good that comes from the turmoil we are living through. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!
