OUR PLACE IN THIS WORLD!

“The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it. The world and all it’s people belong to him. For he laid the foundation on the seas and built it on the ocean depths.” PSALM 24:1-2

“No human wisdom or understanding or plan can stand against the Lord.” PROVERBS 21:30

TODAY’S MESSAGE: As we look out over the earth we see all of the people of the world scurring to and fro. Everyone in today’s world seems busy, busy, busy. Their minds are full of things that occupy the world they live in. They are full of concerns, worries, doubts, frustrations and anxieties of all kinds. This world allows for very little freedom from these thoughts.  Because of our human nature we often forget about the one who created us. We forget to acknowledge him during our busy days. We forget that he makes himself available to us 24/7 for prayer. We forget our main purpose in this life. We allow the world to gobble us up and our priorities become the things if this world. God’s plan is in place. His plan encompasses all people upon the earth. We all play a part. Have you taken time out of your busy days to talk with the Lord. Do you pray to him more than just morning and night? Do you take timeout of your schedule to sit down and have a conversation with him during the day? If you don’t do these things you are missing out. You are missing out on greater opportunities than the world alone can offer. Maybe it is time to put the Lord first in your life. Allow him the chance to be a part of your total self and not just your Sunday  and Wednesday night self. Take the time and slide him into your busy life. PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!
