FOLLOW HIM THROUGH IT ALL!

“This is my command—– be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged.  For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. ” JOSHUA 1:9

TODAY’S MESSAGE:  Some of the greatest obstacles, we as followers of Christ have, are the decisions we make in times of turmoil. Do we stick with the Lord and follow the path he has given us to follow, or do we change course and try something new? It may not sound like a major issue, but as we become surrounded by those who obey the ways of the world, they can become very convincing. Just as Israel spent forty years wandering in the desert, where they believed God and then, when not being patient, would turn to other gods for help; the world today is acting much the same way. Many bounce back and forth. They find themselves not being patient and not waiting on the Lord our God to give us answers, and instead, listen and believe the lies of the world  and then when things, again, are not to their liking, they begin to complain. As followers of Jesus our road may be bumpy at times but is straight. We must throw all of the distractions that come our way, out! We must focus on God’s Word, continue to pray and praise Him. We must contine to give thanks for all of his blessings. We must be prepared to follow Jesus through it all! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL SITUATIONS!
